The research project VOICE examined the future role of volunteer work in disaster control. The project evaluated ecological and social effects of volunteer disaster aid and developed proposals for the future direction and the strengthening of volunteer work.
In the course of several working sessions in Vorarlberg, Styria and Vienna, recommendations for actions have been developed, which were published in a report.
