That is why our two employees,<a href=\"https:\/\/riocom.at\/en\/team-profil\/johannes-roither\/\"> Johannes Roither<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/riocom.at\/en\/team-profil\/arnold-putz\/\">Arnold Putz<\/a>, took part in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ars.at\/\">ARS \u2013 Akademie f\u00fcr Recht, Steuern &amp; Wirtschaft<\/a> seminar series &#8220;<strong>Local Construction Supervision<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>Training as Construction Coordinator<\/strong>&#8220;. Thus, all requirements imposed by the client can be fulfilled and represented.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of the training includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Site documentation<\/li>\n<li>Austrian Construction Work Coordination Act<\/li>\n<li>Safety in construction<\/li>\n<li>The blueprint<\/li>\n<li>Legal issues in construction<\/li>\n<li>Tasks and liability of the Local Construction Supervision<\/li>\n<li>Inspection, warning and information obligation<\/li>\n<li>The \u00d6NORM regulation B2110 in the daily construction routine<\/li>\n<li>Construction defects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sommer may come now.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RIOCOM prepares for a hot construction site summer at the river March.
