About me
I enjoy connecting science and practice and like to work interdisciplinarily with an eye for human-environment interactions.
Born in rural Austria, I am very much at ease in the countryside and the mountains. At the same time, my curiosity has taken me around the globe. I lived and worked in the Netherlands for 9 years and did my PhD research on land use changes in Laos, Southeast Asia.
Competencies
Christine Ornetsmüller deals with climate change communication, spatial modelling and visualisation with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), as well as workshop development and facilitation.
